2000 to 2003: Assistant Analyst, Human Resources. Micro Engineering Corporation, Cleveland. This US $ 50 Million Engineering Corporation has four plants in as many states and employs 250 workers. As AAHR, assisted the Analyst in all aspects of HR administration.

1996 to 2000: Maxwell Industries, Newark. Joining as Trainee Analyst in the Human Resources Department, straight from college, moved up to Assistant Analyst in the Payroll and Compensation sections of the HR department before leaving for personal reasons.
