A senior scientist with a Ph D each in Physics and Astronomy from prestigious institutions seeks an opportunity to conduct research and teach interested students of both subjects. Having taken a prestigious government consultancy position for three years after ten years of teaching, would now like to return to academia, which will benefit from the work done during the consultancy.
Experience:
2000 to July 2009: Consultant Astronomer, The Naval Research Laboratory, Spear headed a research team on classified space physics. Having brought the project to a successful conclusion with patents registered, is now free to pursue research and teaching.
1991 to 1999: Professor of Physics and Astronomy, Marlon Institute of Physics and Astronomy, ABC University, USA. Joining the faculty as Junior Faculty rose to full Professor in the ten years with them. During this period, was tutor for fifty five Doctoral Scholars, taught both physics and astronomy and wrote eighteen research papers in various scientific journals.
