Objective:

Handling a Housing Loan Portfolio of US $ 75 million, with seven direct reports.
2000 to 2005: Asst Manager, Small Business Banking, Manchester Bank, Lexington, NY. As one of four Assistant Managers, looked after the Small Business Portfolio and was also exposed to the other banking areas as a deliberate Management policy of job rotation.
1995 to 2000: Asst Branch Manager/ Trainee Manager, Lexington Savings and Loans, Lexington, NY. Joined directly after college as Trainee and after training in all the departments of the bank, rose to the position of Asst Branch Manager.
