Experience:
2005 to Present: Budget Analyst, ANB Corporation, Miami, FL. A US$ One Billion corporation in the Chemicals and Fertilizers business, has four plants and eighteen branch offices within the USA. As Budget Analyst, head a department consisting of six Assistant Analysts, responsible for drawing up budgets for all the different branches and departments of the corporation, consolidation, implementation and real time modification on study of variances. Successfully implemented change-over from a retrospective correction method, to a real time correction process during the time with the corporation. Seeing further career progress blocked due to young incumbents in various possible positions, seeks change.
2002 to 2004: Assistant Budget Analyst, the same organization as above, in charge of the budgeting exercise for the Chemicals Manufacturing Division. Promoted to Budget Analyst on successful handling of the responsibility.
1999 to 2001: Finance Manager and Accountant, XYZ Informatics Inc., Miami FL. A US$ 30 Million Software Manufacturer with 1000 employees in three different locations. During the three years with them, successfully implemented a budget process which continues to operate without much modification till date.
1996 to 1998: Accountant and Internal Auditor, Cynthia McLaren Foundation. A non profit organization that runs six homes for the aged in six different states. Joined the Foundation right after graduating from Business School to set up proper accounting and audit systems and procedures as well as to rationalize the investment portfolio of the Foundation. Left them to broaden vision and to see other business situations to gain commercial experience.
