Experience:
2006 to Present: President, ABC Corporation, Springfield MA. A Medium Size family owned and managed company, in the Agro Chemical Industry. Taken on and five year contract, to professionalize the management and to arrange for smooth transition from the old management. Having successfully accomplished that goal will move out in December, 2009. The contract involved, hiring and training a completely new Management Team, putting in place systems and procedures, and streamlining existing activities to reflect the changed Management structure.
2000 to 2005: Senior Consultant, Philadelphia Consultant Group, Philadelphia PA. A diversified Consulting Firm offering total solutions to corporate bodies. As Senior Consultant, led a team of ten consultants handling up to ten clients at any given time. Personal expertise was in Financial Restructuring for sick units and was successful in turning six such companies in the time with the organization.
1998 and 1999: Consultant, Philips and Desmond Consultants, Philadelphia PA. A consultant firm specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions was member of a team of employee consultants.
