Objective: To secure employment as a Civil Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, with a large Civil Engineering firm who will appreciate and reward knowledge and breath of experience acquired over two decades in Civil Engineering in the state of Texas. Joining them as Trainee Engineer straight after Engineering College, moved up the ladder and was their Chiev Civil Engineer for the last three years of service. During the entire period of service, handled the following projects which will show the wide variety of projects handled.
Demonstrated excellence in constructing various projects such as Cement Plants, LSTK Retail Outlets, Atomic Power Projects, Thermal Power Stations, Combine Cycle Power Project, LNG Terminal (Shell), RCC Housing, Heavy Fabrication Shop, Pre-fab (Pre-cast) School Building Works, etc. Extensive experience in ensuring compliance of various statutory requirements as per contract specifications, drawings as well as regulations laid down by various government bodies. Maintained records database and synchronized other activities of the department. Excellent interpersonal skills with honed problem solving and analytical abilities. Also having experience as a Quality Management System Co-ordinator (ISO 9001:2000). Responsible for implementing & maintaining the QMS which includes 32 projects sites in Texas and New Mexico with ten Business Units at Regional Office. Role includes all activities such as Preparing audit plans & conducting QMS Audits, Management Review Meetings and Project Quality Plans etc. Qualified as a Certified (IRCA 2245 approved) QMS Lead Auditor. Safety Standards Reports, ISO Certification, development of business in the real estate market of city. Control over margins, operations, quality and service.
At the time of leaving, had just started a Six Sigma process for the entire company, which would enable the company to gain significant improvements and competitive advantages.
