Experience:

The position was created to come to grips with runaway defaults from individuals as well as small enterprises in and around the Baltimore area. Was able to recover one hundred percent of collectibles including interest due payments in around eighty percent of the cases using a variety of tactics. Set up a systematic approach to follow up on overdue payments, which is successfully in operation till today.
2000 to 2004: Collections Officer, Maryland Savings and Loans Bank, Salisbury MD. Joining the bank as Trainee Collections Officer, was made Collections Officer on the incumbent’s retirement in 2002. During the period of training and while independently handling the functions of the Collections Officer, was able to develop effective systems and procedures for follow up on overdue payments which helped in high recovery rate.
