Objective: To join a progressive manufacturing organization in the production area to meet engineering challenges and to progress into Manufacturing Management thereafter.
Work Experience:
2000 to Present: Maintenance Engineer, Crescent Industries, Bellingham Marine Industries, Bellingham WA. Joining them as Trainee Engineer immediately after college, have grown into the position of Maintenance Engineer since 2005. Present duties involve visiting the various Marinas to who the firm extends services, and ensuring that all the services are in good working order.
Responsibility covers all aspects of Engineering, such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic. Such cross functional experience is invaluable to move into Manufacturing Management.
Education:
B S (Bachelor of Science) Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Washington.
Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications: Bellingham Institute of Technology, Bellingham, WA.
Other Information:
While primary qualification is in Electrical Engineering, have gained substantial experience in other Engineering disciplines too.
Intend commencing Distance Education Program of the University of Washington for an MBA from 2010.
