Having identified such training needs, arranging for training programmes.
2002 to 2004: Supervisor, Training and Development: Pasadena Metals and Alloys Inc, Pasadena, CA. An Engineering Company with 400 employees. Involved in identifying and arranging for training programs for all level of employees based on appraisal reports.
1999 to 2002: Personnel Clerk, Pasadena General Hospital. A public medical facility with 250 employees. Total responsibility for the maintenance of all personnel records, payroll and pensions etc.
