2005 to Present: ABC Industries Inc, Detroit MI. An auxiliary parts suppliers to the automobile industry, with 600 employees. As ERP Manager is totally responsible for all Industrial Engineering, process improvements and implementation, ISO certification and maintenance as well as implementation of a Quality Improvement program. Heading a separate department of 12 Engineers, all specializing in ERP.
2000 to 2005: Industrial Engineer, Acme Engineers, Detroit, MI. As Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, was responsible for the introduction and implementation of the ISO 9000/9001 processes in this 300 employee Machine Tool Manufacturing firm. Having successfully acquired the accreditation and implemented an ongoing program, initiated a complete ERP initiative, which was subsequently successfully implemented.
1998 to 2000: Process Engineer, Detroit Chemicals and Formulations Inc, Detroit MI. Joining this 500 employee organization as a Trainee Engineer in the Chemical Process Department, successfully implemented process innovations that resulted in substantial savings in production costs to the company. As a reward, was promoted as Process Engineer within six months of joining them. As process Engineer, was responsible for complete Industrial Engineering operations of the plant.
