2006 to Present: Industrial Engineer, Western Technologies Lafayette, IN. A 350 employee Fabrication and Engineering concern where for the first time, as Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, systems and procedures have been initiated and implemented resulting in substantial cost savings and improved quality.
2000 to 2006: Assistant Engineer, Processes. ABC Mechanical Engineers Inc, Lafayette IN. As Assistant Engineer Processes, was responsible for process improvement and implementation besides being the ISO Representative for this 200 employee Structural Engineers and Builders.
1995 to 2000: Supervisor, Processes, St George Industries, New Orleans, LA. As Supervisor in this 120 employee Structural Engineering company, was responsible for the output of 12 member work crews on field assignments. During the work experience, also studied online and obtained a BSIE qualification in Industrial Engineering.
