2000 to 2004: Marketing Manager – International Operations, for the above company. In this capacity identified growth through Joint Ventures as a strategy, presented a Business Plan for the same to the Management and set up a new division to implement such a strategy.

1998 to 2000: Sales Manager, US Operations, same company as above. Was responsible for the successful Sales Management of the company through seventeen regional offices and 150 strong sales and administration employees.

1994 to 1998: Joining as Management Trainee, moved rapidly into Branch, Regional and National Sales Management.
