2005 to Present: Manager, Operations Research, AVD Corporation, Garry, IN. In this capacity, heads a team of three Researchers employed in ongoing evaluation of systems and processes, for this 1200 employees, US$1.5 Billion specialty steel manufacturer.
2000 to 2004: Industrial Engineer, Kinetics Inc, Garry IN. In this capacity, had the primary responsibility to study, suggest and implement processes and systems in the manufacturing of Automobile Spare Parts with an annual turnover of US$25 Million.
1998 to 1999: Industrial Engineer, Syntechnologies Inc, Garry IN. A 250 worker manufacturer of specialty metals and forgings with an annual turnover of US$250 Million. Joined them as a Trainee Industrial Engineer and grew to the position of Industrial Engineer.
