Programmers are naturally in great demand and the ones with the best experience and credentials can command premium remuneration. Your Programmer Resume at first glance therefore, should be able to present your capabilities and achievements in a succinct and effective way so that the prospective employer would like to spend time reading your detailed presentation of your technical qualifications.
A combination of your hard and soft skills presented in the preamble, is an effective way to grab and keep the attention of the reader. Popular perception is that Programmers are not capable of good interpersonal skills and this must be removed by your assertive statements in the preamble.

Since Technical Certifications are an important part of any Programmer’s accomplishments, these must also be clearly presented in your Programmer Resume, and not left to be assumed by the prospective employer.
